The UCCRI embraces St. Joe's long tradition of translational research – the bench to bedside approach – to further discovery and care, all within the walls of our Hospital. Thus, the UCCRI exists at the intersections of basic (laboratory) science and clinical care. The Centre, which operates within the Genitourinary pillar of the Research Institute of St. Joe's, was made possible through the efforts of the St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation and the generosity of our donors.
