Urologic Cancer Centre for Research & Innovation

Welcome to the Urologic Cancer Centre for Research & Innovation (UCCRI) at St. Joe's. The UCCRI was envisioned to push the boundaries of urological oncology through research and education, with the creation of a Centre of Excellence based out of St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton. By taking advantage of our existing talent as well as our high patient volumes, St. Joe's had the opportunity to transform the way researchers take on new projects and ultimately bring improvements to patient care.

Since its inception in 2018, the UCCRI is poised to become Ontario’s leading urological research centre. The Centre is bringing together existing research leaders and clinical care experts to maximize our Hospital's ability to support the needs of the patients we are honoured to serve.
