Awards & Grants

The Research Institute of St. Joe’s Hamilton understands the importance of investing in the future of research by providing funding opportunities for research personnel working at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton.

Provisions on each award are governed by the 015-RSJ-H Award Program and the 002-RSJ-H Researcher Affiliation with Research St. Joseph’s – Hamilton policies as well as the individual award Guidelines. Interested applicants should review these documents in detail prior to committing to submit an application. Applications are reviewed by the Award Review Committee struck by the Scientific Director of the Research Institute, who also has final decision of the awarding of applicants.

July: Award recipients announced
September: Funding awarded
October: Celebrate Research event & awards ceremony

$500 one-time award To nominate a candidate, submit a nomination letter using the online awards application portal. (Paper copies will not be accepted.)
